Consulting
The mission of our consulting services is to analyze challenges and to formulate a plan of action to improve the performance of the organization.
Our consulting services are carried out in two phases under two separate contracts. In Phase I, an expert MP&M consultant will analyze the relationships and processes within the organization--and how they interact with the external environment--in order to recommend a series of strategies and programs to improve efficiency and competitiveness at the local, regional, national and international levels. In Phase II, the consultant works with the organization and its employees to implement the strategies and programs recommended in Phase I. |
